Adirondack Customs
"Distinctive services for every circumstance."
materials, driven by unique combinations of craftsmanship and design found
nowhere else, and reflects the beauty of our mountains, lakes and rivers.
Our artisans work after the pattern of masters.  They take the rugged oak, the
aromatic cedar, the beauty of stone, the pristine look of birch, and the warmth of
maple; turning them into beautiful one of a kind works of art for your viewing
pleasure.
We work from existing designs or completely freehand as you prefer.  We can
sketch out designs and offer material samples for your approval.

Birch:
One of the most classic materials of the rustic artisan, Paper birch is a pristine and beautiful wood useful for signs, murals,
window and door trim, posts, interior "forests," shelf brackets, and furniture.
Oak:
Great for flooring, but also wonderful as hearths, furniture, railings, picture and window frames.  Did you know oak limbs make
a great looking railing system?
Cedar:
One of the most used Adirondack tree species, cedar has been used for projects ranging from hearths, trim and doors all the way
through building entire homes.  Saunas, railings, stairs, furniture, shelves, etc.  If you can think of it, you can make it from
cedar.  Give us a call.
Maple:
Another great and traditional flooring material.  Maple also makes a great cabinet material.  Tables, chairs, bookcases and other
items are all available.  We can even trim out a window or door.  Maple also works well for railings and stairs.
Long-lasting durability and beauty characterize these species.  Flooring, cabinets and countertops are all potential uses.  Have
you considered framing out a built in bench seat with Beech or perhaps a hickory table?
